About the Seller

Dog Mom Coffee Co. started with a love for dogs, cozy moments, and the belief that comfort can be found in the little things. What began as a creative passion for coffee and tea slowly grew into something much more meaningful, a space centered around warmth, connection, and self-care. One of the biggest reasons we started this business was because of how difficult it was to find good decaf coffee options. Due to health concerns, much of our family drinks decaf, and we quickly realized that most stores and markets only offered a very limited selection of flavors. We wanted people to be able to enjoy fun, comforting, flavorful coffee without feeling restricted to only one or two options. Because of this, all of our coffee flavors are available in decaf on our website so everyone can still enjoy the experience of specialty coffee. The best part is, the regular versus decaf taste the same! No limited flavor because decaf has to be the choice! As both a small business owner and therapist, I also wanted to create products that felt comforting and personal. From handcrafted flavored coffees and loose leaf teas to seasonal treats and cozy collections, every item is created with the goal of helping people slow down, breathe, and enjoy a moment for themselves with their furry companion by their side. Dogs have always been at the heart of the brand. Their companionship, comfort, and unconditional love inspired the playful, cozy spirit behind Dog Mom Coffee Co. Our products are designed for fellow dog lovers who understand that some of the best moments in life involve a warm drink and a dog curled up nearby. Our oldest dachshund is the mascot for our brand. Her name is Masey Lou and our Tiramisu flavor is named after her: Masey Lou's Tiramisu. You will also find our additional dogs that have coffee name sakes around our shop. Today, Dog Mom Coffee Co. continues to grow through local markets, retail spaces, and online connections with people who value comfort, creativity, and community. We are so grateful to share our little corner of cozy with you.

Are your coffees vegan, gluten free, and allergen free?

Yes! All of our coffees are vegan, gluten free, and allergen free. Our teas will always disclose any allergen alerts directly on the product label for transparency and safety.

Do you offer decaf coffee?

Absolutely! One of the reasons Dog Mom Coffee Co. was created was because we noticed how limited flavored decaf options were in stores and markets. Due to health concerns, much of our family drinks decaf, so we made it a priority to offer all of our coffee flavors in decaf options available on our website.

What sizes do you offer?

On Rooted Marketplace we currently offer 1.5 oz sample sizes (makes a full pot of coffee) and 8 oz bags. For additional sizes and products, please visit our website at www.dogmomcoffeeco.com

Is your tea loose leaf?

Yes! All of our teas are loose leaf and carefully curated to create unique, comforting blends full of flavor and creativity.

How fresh are your products?

All of our coffee and tea products are freshly roasted and curated for fresh consumption. We believe fresh coffee and tea create the best experience possible.

Are your coffees sugar free?

Yes! All of our coffees are sugar free. Some teas may naturally contain sugars from ingredients such as fruit pieces, chocolate pieces, or candy inclusions. Please review each product label for ingredient details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays or during the weekend may ship the following Monday.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we currently ship nationwide within the United States.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Every booth on Rooted Marketplace follows the same return policy. Customer will be allowed 7 days after delivery to request a return, and 7 days to ship item back to Dog Mom Coffee Co. Please report damage claims within 2 days of delivery.

Is your coffee or tea safe for dogs?

Our coffee and tea are made for humans, not dogs. We simply encourage enjoying your favorite drink in the company of your furry companion. We are currently working on special dog-friendly blends and products for the future, so stay tuned!

Do you attend local markets and events?

Yes! We love connecting with our community through local events and markets. You can currently find us at Traders World in Monroe, Ohio, as well as events including Operation Pumpkin, Hamilton Christkindlmarkt, Anderson Township Historic Holiday Market, and My Furry Valentine. This year we are also excited to be featured at the Cincinnati Holiday Show and the Lexington Holiday Show. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We offer custom order options, including custom labels for businesses, events, gifts, and special occasions. We do reserve the right to include our logo on custom items. Please contact us directly for additional details and pricing.

Shipping Notes from This Shop

Ships from Fairfield, Ohio. Items will ship within 1-3 business days. If order is placed on a Friday after 12pm, or the weekend, your order will ship the following Monday unless it lands on a holiday. This will then allow your item to ship on Tuesday.
