What is included with my rock oil candle?
Each candle includes a fiberglass wick and glass wick holder installed and ready to use. Most candles also include a starter bottle of oil, mini funnel and filling instructions.
What type of oil do I use?
We recommend ultra-pure paraffin lamp oil for the cleanest, smokeless, and odorless burn.
Are the candles refillable?
Yes! Our rock oil candles are designed to be refillable and reusable for years of enjoyment.
How do I fill the candle?
Simply remove the fiberglass wick and glass holder together, insert a small funnel into the opening, fill with lamp oil, replace the wick assembly, wait about 30 seconds, and light.
Do fiberglass wicks burn away?
No. Fiberglass wicks are reusable and designed not to burn down like traditional candle wicks.
How long does the candle burn?
Burn time varies depending on the size of the oil reservoir and wick height, but most candles burn approximately 2–4 hours per fill.
Are your candles one of a kind?
Yes. Because we use genuine natural stone, agate, fossils, crystals, and petrified wood, every piece is completely unique.
Can I use the candles outdoors?
Yes. Our rock oil candles can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
Will my candle look exactly like the photo?
Natural stone varies in color, pattern, shape, and texture, making every candle beautifully unique. Unless noted otherwise, the candle you receive will be the one in the photos.
