Hey! I’m Niki, the owner and designer behind Modish Design Co. I created Modish because I absolutely love accessorizing—and I truly believe the right accessories can instantly elevate any outfit. Even a simple pair of earrings or a few stacked bracelets can make you feel pulled together and confident. I’ve always been a creative soul. From art projects with my mom, to saving DIY ideas from magazines waaayyyy before Pinterest was a thing, I’ve always loved working with my hands and trying something new. Creating jewelry is both a creative outlet and a little bit therapeutic for me—so seeing other people wearing and loving my designs is a dream come true. Modish is a mix of handmade (right here in KC) and carefully curated jewelry pieces, ranging from simple everyday staples to bold statement styles. Our bracelet bar is at the heart of the brand, featuring mix-and-match designs that let each person create a stack that feels uniquely their own. But Modish is more than just pretty accessories. A portion of every purchase is donated to KCMO Angels, a nonprofit that wraps community and support around foster children and the families who care for them.
