Each item is made to order in my Cincinnati workshop. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be printed, finished, and prepared for shipment. Carrier transit time begins after your order ships, and tracking will be provided.

Yes. Each physical piece is 3D printed, assembled, and carefully finished by Dragon Nook 3D. Depending on the product, finishing may include painting, metallic highlights, decorative eyes, lighting, or other hand-applied details.

Your item will closely match the selected color and finish, but small variations are part of the process. Layer lines, minor surface differences, color placement, and hand-applied finishes may vary slightly, making every piece unique.

Each listing explains exactly what is included. Books, plants, furniture, and other photography props are not included unless specifically stated. For illuminated products, check the description to see whether lights or batteries are included.

Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth or use canned air. Avoid high temperatures, prolonged direct sunlight, open flames, dishwashers, and harsh cleaning products. Items are intended for indoor use unless the listing specifically says they are suitable outdoors.

Dragon Nook 3D products are decorative collectibles and are not intended as children’s toys. Some pieces may contain small parts, pointed decorative details, magnets, batteries, or lighting components. Please display them safely and keep them away from young children and pets.

Please contact me through Rooted as soon as possible and include photographs of the item, shipping box, and packaging. Keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed so I can help determine the best solution.

Available colors and finishes are shown in each product listing. If you have something different in mind, contact me before ordering. I’m happy to discuss possibilities, although custom options depend on the product, materials, and production schedule.
