Are non-refundable, cannot be canceled once production begins. All Custom orders are final sale due to their personalized nature. Because these items are handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake on our end. Thank you for understanding!

You have 7 days after delivery to request a return. Once a return is requested, you have 7 days to ship the item back (14 days total from delivery). Return shipping is paid by the customer — unless the shop has opted in to Free Returns, in which case the shop covers the return label. Look for the "Free returns" badge on the shop page.

If your item arrives damaged, report it within 2 days of delivery with photos so we can file a Rooted Protection claim on your behalf. Damage claims filed after 2 days can't be honored.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe — Rooted never sees or stores your card number.
