When will my order ship?
Many pieces are made to order, and therefore could take up to 5 business days before shipping. Please also allow for transit time. If you need an expedite, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to speed up your order.
Are the products you use environmentally friendly?
They sure are! The resin we use is crystal clear, non-toxic, UV resistant and environmentally friendly. The polymer clay used is also non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
I have really sensitive ears! What kind of posts do you use?
We feel ya! That's why we use high quality posts. They are hypoallergenic, nickel free and gold or silver plated. Each post is different, but many hooks are plated in 18k gold or silver. Our ball posts and stud backs are stainless steel (gold posts and backs are plated in gold). We have many customers with very sensitive ears that can wear our earrings all day with no issues!
